These Terms of Service apply when you use the KitMotive website or place an order with us. Nothing in these terms limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.
About KitMotive
KitMotive supplies personalised clothing, custom printing, football and teamwear products, club packages, gifts, merchandise and related products.

Products and descriptions
We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately.
Colours, positioning, texture and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, photography, garment batches, materials and printing processes. These normal production variations do not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or materially not as described.
Personalisation and artwork
You are responsible for checking names, numbers, spelling, sizes, colours, artwork and other personalisation details before submitting or approving an order.
Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
If you provide us with a logo, image, artwork, trademark, name or other material to reproduce, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it for your order.
You must not ask KitMotive to reproduce unlawful material or content that infringes another person's intellectual property or other rights.
We may refuse an order or artwork where we reasonably believe there may be a legal, safety or rights issue.
Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase from KitMotive.
An automated order confirmation means that we have received your order. We may contact you if information is missing, a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or description error, or an order cannot be fulfilled.
If we cannot accept an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount due.
Prices and payment
Prices, delivery charges and other applicable costs will be displayed before you complete checkout.
You must provide valid payment information and have permission to use your chosen payment method.
For bespoke team, club or bulk orders, any agreed quotation, deposit, specification or payment arrangement forms part of the order.
Delivery
Delivery methods, charges and estimated times are explained in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.
Personalised and bespoke products may require additional production time before dispatch.
Returns, cancellations and refunds
Your cancellation, return and refund rights are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.
Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised are generally excluded from the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrectly produced.
Club, team and bulk orders
For club, team and larger orders, we may agree quantities, sizes, artwork, personalisation, prices, production schedules and delivery arrangements separately with an authorised contact.
Any quotation, proof or written specification approved as part of the order forms part of the agreement.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.
Where permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
If you are purchasing as a consumer, we are not responsible for business losses arising from your use of products for commercial purposes.
Website use
You must not misuse the KitMotive website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or use it for unlawful purposes.
Content, branding, designs and materials owned by KitMotive may not be copied or commercially exploited without permission except where permitted by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time.
The terms applying to your purchase are normally those in force when your order is accepted, unless a change is required by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to our business in England.
If you are a consumer elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory consumer protections and rights available to you under applicable law.
